Account 1 questions

Account registration is restricted and managed by system administrators. If you need access, please contact the MBHTE IT department or your unit supervisor who can submit a request to the admin team.
Contracts 3 questions

Slippage percentage indicates the difference between the expected progress (based on time elapsed) and actual progress. Positive slippage means the project is behind schedule, while negative slippage indicates the project is ahead of schedule.

The platform tracks contractor performance through progress reports, completion percentages, delays, and contract compliance. Contract Management staff monitor these metrics and issue warning letters if necessary.

Projects exceeding their contract period undergo a review process. The system tracks revised contract end dates, and Contract Management may issue warning letters or recommend termination based on performance and justifiable delays.
Data 2 questions

Authenticated users can export project data in various formats (CSV, Excel, PDF) depending on their role permissions. Use the export buttons available in the Projects and Reports sections.

All project data is retained permanently for historical reference and auditing purposes. Completed projects remain accessible in the archives section.
General 2 questions

The Project Monitoring Platform is a comprehensive web-based system developed by the Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE) - BARMM to monitor and track infrastructure projects across the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. It provides real-time updates on project progress, contracts, and completion status.

The platform has different access levels: public users can view project information and maps, while authenticated users (Admin, Contract Management, Planning & Design, and Project Engineers) have role-specific access to manage projects, update progress, and generate reports.
Projects 4 questions

Navigate to the Projects section from the main menu. You can filter projects by status (Planning, Ongoing, Completed), division, municipality, or use the interactive map to view projects by location. Click on any project card for detailed information.

Each project includes: school name, location (division, municipality, barangay), infrastructure type, budget, contractor details, contract timeline, progress percentage, photos, and status updates. Authenticated users may see additional details based on their role.

Project engineers are required to submit progress updates regularly. The update frequency depends on the project phase and contractual requirements, typically weekly or bi-weekly for active projects.
